The Basantani name has been part of Allahabad's commercial life for three generations. What began with Madan Basantani and Asha Basantani — a household built on discipline and a good name — became, in the hands of their son Manoj Basantani, a working understanding of land, value and the long game.
Basantani Group LLP is the formal shape of that work. Manoj founded it to bring structure, compliance and scale to what the family had done informally for years. Aryan Basantani joined as co-founder and runs the LLP's day-to-day operations, bringing a modern approach to acquisition, design partnerships and how the firm presents itself to a new generation of buyers.
Prayagraj is in the middle of the largest transformation in its modern history. Our ambition is not to build the most — it is to build the parts people still want to live in when the city has finished changing.
