Madan and Asha Basantani did not leave behind a portfolio. They left behind a way of doing business in Allahabad — pay what you said you would, verify before you commit, and never let your name become a warning.
Manoj took that into land. Aryan is taking it into a formal LLP with systems, compliance and a public face. Iswiti carries the same name into whatever she chooses. The business will change shape more than once. What it stands on has not changed in three generations.
